Tawlafts Gallery was founded in 2024 by me, Sathya, a self-taught photographer raised in Paris and now based in London.

I’m drawn to people, the way they connect, and the little things that make a moment what it is. My approach is intuitive, somewhere between the unexpected and the intentional, capturing things as they unfold rather than how they’re supposed to look.

For me, photography is about more than how something looked. It’s about how it felt to be there, the people around you, the moments you didn’t plan for, and the ones you might not even realise you’ll want to remember.
